🌿 Therapeutic Yoga for Scoliosis | Balance, Strengthen & Support Your Spine
Living with scoliosis can feel frustrating, tight, and sometimes painful, but this class is designed just for you. 💛 In this therapeutic yoga session, we move through seven targeted exercises to help manage idiopathic or degenerative scoliosis by strengthening the weaker side, opening tight hips and rib cage areas, and improving overall spinal alignment.
Using just a chair and a yoga mat, you will work on side body expansion, glute strength, hip mobility, core connection, and gentle spinal decompression. This class intentionally treats the right and left sides differently to help create better balance in the body. Expect lizard variations, side plank strength work, supported bridges, hamstring mobility, and restorative stretches to finish.
This is not your typical flow. It is strategic, mindful, and therapeutic. Move slowly, breathe deeply, and focus on quality over speed.
