➡️ Shine Your Light: Illuminating Stories to Inspire Resilience, Self-Discovery, and Positive Change: https://amzn.to/48Huuyp

Welcome to Heal Wellness and Therapy!

Trudy here, and we're thrilled to bring you the final part of our four-part series on anxiety and panic. Today, we have Marsha with us, who's taken a courageous step by sharing her journey with panic attacks in the book 'Shine Your Light,' available on Amazon ( https://amzn.to/48Huuyp ).

Today, in Part 4, we'll focus on self-massage and acupressure. These techniques can help trigger relaxation responses in your body, potentially thwarting a panic attack before it takes hold.

We'll be demonstrating three acupressure points:

The Crown of the Head - Also known as Governing Vessel 20, this point plays a crucial role in Eastern medicine and is linked to numerous energy lines. We'll show you how to self-massage it and apply acupressure for relaxation.

The Third Eye - Located between the eyebrows on the corrugator muscle. This point is known by various names: Hall of Impression, Governing Vessel 24.5, Extra-1, and Yintang. We'll guide you through self-massage and acupressure techniques to alleviate stress and tension in this area.

The Thumb - Located in your hand on the pad side of your thumb. We'll teach you how to find the Large Intestine 4 acupressure point. Stimulating this point can contribute to relaxation.

By incorporating these techniques into your daily routine, you may find it easier to manage anxiety and prevent panic attacks. Our series is designed to equip you with a comprehensive set of tools for dealing with anxiety, stress, and panic attacks.
